Software Guide (Micro‑Manager)

  1. Ensure connections: OF17→P01, OF18→P02.
  2. Power laptop; login using the supplied Username and Password.
  3. Launch Micro‑Manager.
  4. In the startup window, select Default User profile and config CellCam MultimodeLED.cfg.
  5. Continue with [[Brightfield|BRIGHTFIELD]] or [[Fluorescence|FLUORESCENCE]].
